Bridgeland is an exclusive master-planned subdivision in Cypress. This 11,400 acre neighborhood on the Katy Prairie’s eastern boundary will include 900 acres of lakes and several trails which will connect the various villages now being planned.

Lakeland Village features The Shores subdivision which will be separated into ten neighborhoods and First Bend which will feature six communities. Bridgeland will contain 21,000 houses eventually and will be home to an estimated 65,000 people.

Oak Meadow Park: includes a pavilion, picnic areas among stately water oaks and a floating dock on Cypress Lake. The stocked lake includes catch and release fishing. A special feature of this park is an 18-hole disc golf course. The disc golf course is one of the few in the Houston area and it is creating much interest.

Lakeland Activity Center and Aquatic Center includes a wonderful water-park style pool complex and a tremendous community center.

Bridgeland Town Center is expected to be an 800 acre downtown area in the heart of the neighborhood. Entertainment, shopping and office space will be offered in this area.
